Job Description:
Position Summary-
Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements include:
- Hands on with programming using core Java, Microservices, Spring, Hibernate, REST Webservices, REST API, SQL
- Hands on in writing Programs, Unit Test and Functional Test
- Analyze product requirements, create test plans, and identify deliverables
- Isolate problems, do root cause analysis and report bugs
- Write test status reports and escalate issues as appropriate
- Proactively solve problems and suggest process improvements
- Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk levels
- Work with development and test engineers to identify and automate test cases
- Debug and fix existing issues
- Need to take care of writing/modifying existing application code. Need to take up fresh development tasks, write Functional Test and Unit Test for existing/new code.
- Will be assigned issues & need to understand and fix issues. He/she will be closely working with developers and product owners.
Good to have
- Jenkins, TestNG 8 years of experience in IT industry and at least 4 years of experience in Java.
- BE/B-Tech engineering degree,
- Writing code, Functional Test and Unit Test experience.
